plasma cell lymphoma

Notes

Plasma cell lymphoma, anaplastic, spleen. The spleen is uniformly infiltrated with large cells with round to irregular nuclei and prominent nucleoli. A moderate amount of pale eosinophilic cytoplasm and plasmacytoid features are evident.
