Description |
follicular center cell lymphoma |
Notes |
Follicular lymphoma, pancreatic-duodenal lymph node. The normal lymph node structures cannot be seen. There is a diffuse infiltration by a mixture of neoplastic lymphoid cells including blast cells (centroblasts), lymphocytes with cleaved (folded) nuclei (centrocytes) and small mature lymphocytes (centrocytes). Some immature lymphoid cells have abundant pale eosinophilic cytoplasm. The tumor cells are CD45R+. Many non-neoplastic some small tumor infiltrating lymphocytes are CD3+. |
