Notes |
Lymphoblastic lymphoma, thymic T-cell origin, spleen, liver. The spleen and liver are diffusely infiltrated with a uniform population of lymphoblasts. The lymphoblasts have a round nucleus with a large nucleolus and sparse cytoplasm. The starry sky effect (tingible-body macrophages) is seen in the spleen. Lymphoma cells are CD3+. |
