follicular lymphoma, spleen

Notes

Follicular lymphoma, spleen. white pulp areas are enlarged, have lost their normal structures (PALS, marginal zone, follicles) and are infiltrated by the same mix of lymphoid cells seen in the lymph node. Many plasma cells are seen at the edges of the white pulp and in the red pulp.
