MTB ID Tumor Name Organ(s) Affected Treatment Type Agents Strain Name Strain Sex Reproductive Status Tumor Frequency Age at Necropsy Description Reference
MTB:27698 Stomach   normal tissue (control) Stomach None (spontaneous)
C57BL/6J
Unspecified reproductive status not specified not applicable unknown Stomach - Normal tissue. JAK1 immunohistochemistry, stomach J:94320
Image Caption:Stomach - normal tissue. There is strong labeling of chief cells for JAK1 (tissue fixed in Fekete's fixative, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0, 1:100 dilution). Strong labeling of chief cells of the stomach is observed with a variety of antibodies and is interpreted as an artifact. Artifactual labeling of the cytoplasm of chief cells may be the result of the low pH of their cytoplasm.

MTB:27700 Testis   normal tissue (control) Testis None (spontaneous)
C57BL/6J
Male reproductive status not specified not applicable unknown Testis - Normal tissue. JAK1 immunohistochemistry. J:94320
Image Caption:Testis - normal tissue. There is strong labeling of spermatozoa for JAK1 (tissue fixed in Fekete's fixative, heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citrate buffer at pH=6.0, 1:100 dilution). Strong labeling of spermatozoa is observed with a variety of antibodies and may represent an artifact.
