Image Caption:Spleen - normal tissue. There is weak cytoplasmic labeling of lymphocytes at the periphery of the white pulp (antibody diluted at 1:25, tissue fixed in IHC Zinc Fixative (TM)).
NOTE: A similar weak labeling was detected at the same dilution for tissues fixed in Fekete's solution, Bouin's solution, and 10% neutral buffered formalin.
