Bladder Cancer Model: TM00024

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 5 tumors for model TM00024 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• Saline (vehicle control; 5 ml/kg; IP once per week for three times; N=7)
• Carboplatin (10 mg/kg; IP once per week for three times; N=7)
• Carboplatin (30 mg/kg; IP once per week for three times; N=7)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
