Colon Cancer Model: TM00170

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 3 tumors for model TM00170 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• 5% dextrose in water (vehicle control; 5 ml/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=10)
• 5-FU (20 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=10)
• Oxaliplatin (10 mg/kg; IP once per week for three times; N=10)
• Oxaliplatin + 5-FU combination (5 mg/kg; IP once per week for three times + 20 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=10)
• Oxaliplatin + 5-FU combination (10 mg/kg; IP once per week for two times + 20 mg/kg; IV once per week for two times; N=10)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
