Lung Cancer Model: TM00219

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 6 tumors for model TM00219 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• 5% dextrose in water (vehicle control; 5 ml/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=9)
• Cisplatin (2 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=9)
• Docetaxel (10 mg/kg; IV once per week for two times; N=9)
• Erlotinib (50 mg/kg; PO daily for 21 days; N=9)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
