Lung Cancer Model: TM00302

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 5 tumors for model TM00302 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• 5% dextrose in water (vehicle control; 5 ml/kg; IV once per week for four times; N=9)
• Cisplatin (2 mg/kg; IV once per week for four times; N=9)
• Docetaxel (10 mg/kg; IV once per week for four times; N=9)
• Trametinib (3 mg/kg; PO daily for five days for four times; N=9)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
