Lung Cancer Model: J000095635

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 4 tumors for model J000095635 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• 5% dextrose in water + 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) combination (vehicle controls; 5 ml/kg; IV once per week for three times + 10 ml/kg; PO daily for 21 days; N=8)
• Cisplatin (2 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=8)
• Docetaxel (6 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=8)
• Trametinib (2 mg/kg; PO daily for 21 days; N=8)
• Docetaxel + Trametinib combination (6 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times + 2 mg/kg; PO daily for 21 days; N=8)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
