Bladder Cancer Model: J000105006

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 3 tumors for model J000105006 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• 5% dextrose in water (vehicle control; 5 ml/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=8-10)
• Cisplatin (2 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times; N=8-10)
• Gemcitabine (150 mg/kg; IP once per week for three times; N=8-10)
• Cisplatin + Gemcitabine combination (2 mg/kg; IV once per week for three times + 100 mg/kg; IP once per per week for 3 times; N=8-10)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
