Pancreatic Cancer Model: TM01555

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 2 tumors for model TM01555 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• Saline (vehicle control; 5 ml/kg; IP once per week for four times; N=8)
• 5-FU (20 mg/kg; IV once per week for four times; N=8)
• Gemcitabine (150 mg/kg; IP once per week for four times; N=8)
• Gemcitabine + 5-FU combination (150 mg/kg; IP once per per week for four times + 20 mg/kg; IV once per week for four times; N=10)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
