Brain Cancer Model: TM01594

NSG™ mice engrafted with passage 2 tumors for model TM01594 were randomly assigned to one of these treatment groups:

• 5% dextrose in water (vehicle control; 5 ml/kg; IV twice per week for four times; N=8)
• Avastin (5 mg/kg; IV twice per week for four times; N=8)
• Rapamycin (5 mg/kg; PO five times per week for four times; N=8)
• Temozolomide (50 mg/kg; PO five days per week for the first week and once per week the second week; N=8)
• Valproic acid (400 mg/kg; PO five days per week for the first week and once per week for the second week; N=8)
• Avastin + Rapamycin combination (5 mg/kg; IV twice per week for four times + 5 mg/kg; PO five times per week for four times; N=10)

Mice were monitored for tumor volume at least twice per week throughout the study period.
