Caption

This is a nodular, encapsulated, well-delineated, locally invasive neoplasm the center of which is composed of neoplastic cells which have undergone cornification and coagulation necrosis. Only a narrow rim of neoplastic cells survive at the periphery of the neoplasm. These cells form thick trabeculae and small nests.
