This is a densely cellular solid neoplasm suppported by a scant amount of fibrovascular stroma. The neoplasm is composed of solid areas made up of bundles of spindloid epithelial cells. Numerous areas of coagulation necrosis and cavitation are scattered throughout the neoplasm. |
