Caption

The mammary gland is replaced by a nodular, unencapsulated, expensile, densely cellular neoplastic mass. This neoplasm is composed of solid areas supported by a scant amount of fibrovascular stroma. Neoplastic cells are plump to fusiform, with indistinct cell borders and a moderate amount of amphophilic cytoplasm.
