Caption

 Colon: there is, arising in the mid to upper portions of colonic glands a small adenoma. Cells in this area have a more basophilic cytoplasm and bigger nuclei with a more clumped chromatin than nearby intestinal cells. A mitosis is present at the center of this microadenoma.
