Caption	Small intestine: a 2 mm in diameter papillary neoplastic mass arises from the intestinal epithelium. This mass is composed of thin papillae and diverticulated glands lined by a one cell-thick columnar epithelium supported by a scant amount of fibrovascular stroma.
