 Type P mammary adenocarcinoma, immunohistochemistry for keratin 17: clusters of luminal cells in the areas of squamous differentiation label intensely for keratin 17. There is also moderate cytoplasmic labeling of a few cells with a myoepithelial phenotype. There is artifactual staining of a moderate number of macrophages of the stroma.
