Testis: the architecture of the testis is entirely effaced by a solid densely cellular neoplasm. The neoplasm is composed of solid areas separated by variably ectatic vascular spaces. A seminiferous tubule persists within the neoplasm (*). Neoplastic cells are large, histiocytoid, with distinct cell borders and a large amount of strongly acidophilic cytoplasm. |
