Osteosarcoma: the neoplasm is composed of thick trabeculae separated by sinusoids. Neoplastic cells are medium-sized, histiocytoid, with ill-defined cell borders and a moderate amount of strongly acidophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is central, medium-sized, oval, and normochromatic. Anisocytosis and anisokaryosis are mild to moderate. There are numerous mitotic figures. |
