Osteosarcoma: neoplastic cells are medium-sized, histiocytoid, with ill-defined cell borders and a moderate amount of strongly acidophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is central, medium-sized, oval, normochromatic, with a coarsely clumped chromatin and 1-3 small to medium-sized basophilic nucleoli. Anisocytosis and anisokaryosis are mild to moderate. |
