Testis: only a thin rim of viable and atrophied testicular parenchymal (T) persists at the periphery of a large, ill-defined, moderate cellular, and unencapsulated neoplasm. The neoplasm is comprised of well differentiated tissues representing trilineage (ectodermal, endodermal, and mesodermal) differentiation. It is comprised of tissues with neural (N), epidermal (E), myocardial (M), skeletal muscle (S), mesenchymal (Ms), and osseous (B) differentiation. |
