Haired skin: the skin is focally thickened by a plaque-like, unenecapsulated, densely cellular neoplasm arising from the epidermis and gradually blending into the adjacent epidermis. This neoplasm is composed of thick trabeculae and large nests with central squamous metaplasia supported by a moderate to large amount of moderately inflamed fibrovascular stroma (scirrhous reaction). |
