Undifferentiated sarcoma: a few granulocytes undergo emperipolesis through the cytoplasm of a neoplastic cell (arrowhead). A few adipocytes (*) are entrapped in the neoplasm. There is massive diffuse infiltration of the neoplasm by granulocytes.
