Kidney: the interstitium of the kidney is moderately expanded by closely-packed sheets of neoplastic lymphocytes. Neoplastic cells are small, round, with distinct cell borders and a small amount of pale basophilic cytoplasm. Their nucleus is central, small to medium-size, round, and hyperchromatic.
