Lymph node: cortixal and medullary areas of the kidney are markedly expanded by densely-packed monotonous sheets of neoplastic lymphocytes. The overall architecture of the lymph node is retained. Subcortical, interfollicular, and medullary sinuses are packed with macrophages.
