 Mammary adenocarcinoma with epithelial to mesenchymal transition, immunohistochemistry for keratin 14: there is strong cytoplasmic labeling for kertain 14 of a few spindloid cells and cells at the periphery of neoplastic glands in the areas of epithelial to mesenchymal transition. Basal cells in nearby mammary ducts (arrowhead) are also strongly labeled for keratin 14.
