Mammary adenocarcinoma: a very prominent lymphocytic and plasmacytic infiltration is present in the stroma of the neoplasm at its' periphery. The neoplasm is composed, in this area, of closely-packed papillae supported by a small amount of fibrovascular stroma. Neoplastic structures are lined by a one cell-thick cuboidal to columnar epithelium. |
