Mammary gland: a mammary lobule is very prominent. There is marked ectasia of some but not all acini. All acini and intralobular ducts are lined by a cuboidal epithelium. There is mild interstitial lymphocytic and plasmacytic inflammation. A few pigment-ladden macrophages are scattered in the interstitium. |
