Mammary gland: the mammary gland is effaced by a small, nodular, unencapsulated, densely cellular neoplasm. This neoplasm is composed of coalescing papillae supported by a small amount of fibrovascular stroma and lined by a (predominantly) one cell-thick columnar epithelium.
