In situ mammary carcinoma: there is, at the vicinity of a large glandular carcinoma (*) a neoplastic lobules that shows prominent proliferation of its' cells. Cells in this lobule pile-up disorderly and distend a few alveoli (arrowhead). The architecture of the lobule is preserved. There is mild to moderate interstitial fibrosis and lymphocytic and plasmacytic inflammation. |
