Mammary gland: a mammary gland is moderately increased in size. Most alveoli are slightly expanded by a proteinaceous material and are lined by an hypercellular epithelium. Some alveoli are filled with epithelial cells and resemble terminal end buds. There is mild interstitial fibrosis and lymphocytic and plasmacytic inflammation.
