Diffuse mammary gland hyperplasia: there is marked diffuse hyperplasia of the mammary gland. Cells often pile-up to 2 cells-thick in a few glands and ducts. Many epithelial cells contain lipid vacuoles and they occasionally contain proteinaceous droplets. A few cells have large nuclei (arrowhead). There is mild interstitial lymphocytic and plasmacytic inflammation.
