Caption

Mammary gland: the architecture of the mammary gland is maintained. The interlobular duct leading to a mammary lobule, and all the acini and intralobular ducts of this mammary lobule are filled with and slightly distended by solid masses of epithelial cells. There is moderate interstitial fibrosis and pleocellular inflammation. The ducts and acini of adjacent mammary lobules are moderately distended by an inspissated proteinaceous fluid, are lined by a prominent epithelium, and are surrounded by mild to moderate fibrosis.
