Atypical lobular hyperplasia: all alveoli are moderately ectatic, lined by a very prominent epithelium, and surrounded by mild to moderate interstitial fibrosis and pleocellular inflammation. Neoplastic cells seldom pile-up, and never pile-up more than 3 cells-thick.
