Mammary gland: the lumen of the ducts and acini is moderately expanded by solid masses of epithelial cells. There is moderate interstitial fibrosis. The cells are polygonal with ill-defined cell borders, a moderate amount of amphophilic cytoplasm, and a medium-size hyperchromatic nucleus. There are numerous mitotic figures.
