Glandular mammary adenocarcinoma with epithelial to mesenchymal transition: large portions of the neoplasm in this field have a glandular (epithelial) pattern. However, epithelial to mesenchymal transition (*) is prominent in the upper right corner of the photomicrograph. The glandular portions are composed of small glands embedded in a small amount of fibrovascular stroma. The spindloid portions are composed of individual neoplastic cells, small packets and small bundles embedded in moderate amount of fibrovascular stroma.
