Adenosquamous carcinoma: the neoplasm is connected to a large interlobular duct (*). The neoplasm is multilobular, well-delineated, locally invasive, moderately cellular and contains large rafts of "ghost" epithelial cells (E) that are surrounded by a prominent granulomatous and sclerosing inflammation. Other portions of the neoplasm are composed of closely-packed glands (G).
