Mammary gland: the mammary gland is effaced by a nodular, multilobular, unencapsulated, invasive, and densely cellular neoplasm. Neoplastic lobules are separated by thick fibrovascular septae and are composed of papillae (predominantly) and glands supported by a small amount of fibrovascular stroma.
