Papillary and glandular adenocarcinoma: the neoplasm is composed of glands in this area. Neoplastic cells ar ecuboidal to polygonal, with indistinct cell borders and a small to moderate amount of strongly acidophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is central, medium-sized, oval and hyperchromatic. Anisokaryosis and anisocytosis are mild. There are numerous mitotic figures.
