Lung: there are multiple metastases of the type P mammary tumor. These metastases share many features with the primary tumor, including the formation of microacini and of large papillary structures in ducts resembling the mammary ducts. Minute areas of cornification (arrowhead) are present in the areas of ductal differentiation.
