Papillary mammary adenocarcinoma: this high power photomicrograph of the periphery of the neoplasm illustrates an area where neoplastic cells form small trabeculae and cords and become spindloid. The stroma is infiltrated by a moderate number of lymphocytes, plasma cells, and also mast cells (arrowheads).
