Caption

Mammary gland: a few secondary lumens are present in the trabeculae located at the periphery of the neoplasm. Neoplastic cells are medium-size, cuboidal to polygonal, with distinct cell borders, and a moderate amount of acidophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is central, round to oval, and hyperchromatic. Anisokaryosis and anisocytosis are minimal.

Notes

This neoplasm arose in a mouse that was bitransgenic for Tgfa and Notch4. The phenotype of this neoplasm is consistent with that of a neoplasm arising in a mouse transgenic for Notch4.
