Caption	Mammary gland: this photomicrograph illustrates the morphology of the center of the neoplasm. Neoplastic cells form thick trabeculae with occasional central liquefactive necrosis (comedo pattern) and a few small secondary lumens.
Description	Adenocarcinoma, solid, with secondary lumens, mammary gland
Age at Necropsy	330 days
Notes	This neoplasm arose in a mouse that was bitransgenic for Tgfa and Notch4. The phenotype of this neoplasm is consistent with that of a neoplasm arising in a mouse transgenic for Notch4.
