Mammary gland: a mammary lobule is greatly expanded as a result of marked proliferation of its' epithelium and ductal and alveolar ectasia. There is also mild to moderate interstitial fibrosis and lymphocytic, plasmacytic and granulocytic inflammation. There is a focal area of squamous metaplasia with the formation of a keratin pearl (arrowhead).
