Caption	Hyperplastic alveolar nodule: this photomicrograph illustrates an area of squamous metaplasia. There is no evidence of atypia. Many luminal cells of the mammary gland contain lipid vacuoles. There is mild interstitial lymphocytic, plasmacytic and granulocytic inflammation.
