Caption	Hyperplastic alveolar nodule: this photomicrograph illustrates an area of prominent secretory activity. There is no evidence of atypia. There is mild interstitial lymphocytic, plasmacytic and granulocytic inflammation. A few pigment-ladden macrophages are scattered in the stroma of the hyperplastic alveolar nodule.
