Caption

Tubular adenoma of the mammary gland: the neoplasm is composed of closely packed tubules and solid areas supported by a scant amount of fibrovascular stroma. Neoplastic cells are cuboidal to polygonal, with indistinct cell borders and a moderate amount of homogeneous acidophilic cytoplasm. The nucleus is central, round, normochromatic, and with a small basophilic nucleolus. Anisokaryosis and anisocytosis are mild. A few mitoses are present.
